iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I've ordered two phones 1x iPhone 15 Pro 128 NAT & 1x iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 NAT. I've received one DPD tracking which is confirmed that it's for the iPhone 15 Pro. I then called CS and was told the 15 Pro Max would be delayed for at least 28 days!!! 

On my initial call with the CS team during the upgrade she even told me I'll receive the phones on Monday the 18th LOL! I raised a complaint and they gave me a compensation of £5 credit to my bill... 

BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE ON GETTING PRO-MAX TOMORROW.

All these people who are calling CS and being told delivery within 28 days, that is the timescale as of now, not when you ordered

Got the notification in the DPD app and an SMS (from DPD).
EE online tracking still says “awaiting confirmation”.  

iPhone 256GB PM natural titanium, ordered at 4pm on the phone last Friday.

I’ve just spoken to an agent on live chat regarding my 512gb natural titanium pm (ordered Friday night and had to reconfirm Saturday) and he said 

“I have checked that the order has reached the warehouse, but their device is yet to be picked. Your order is in progress, we are currently working to allocate their device and once we have done this and the device is ready to ship we will update them via SMS with their delivery details.“

“Launch will be tommorrow so it will be with after 3 working days from the launch.“

Also have a watch ultra 2 on the way and can see that will be arriving tomorrow! Hopefully the phone will be soon after 🤞🏻

At least the DPD texts for the Pro models proves there is no 14/28 day delay, as has been quoted in the press and by some EE CS operatives.

She knew I had ordered Saturday morning and what type , it seemed to not have been picked up .

In previous years, my profile on the EE app reflected the changes in plan etc usually on the day of the phone being due for delivery. Only once it happened the night before

Not had anything from DPD 

Received confirmation email and order number on 15th at 5pm, live chat this morning said expect DPD update as we go through today and as i ordered on the Friday expect delivery tomorrow - fingers crossed as going on holiday Saturday 🤦🏼‍♂️

Just got a message from dpd my order was hand to dpd by ee and with 4 digit code 🥳

pre ordered on 19-09-2023, iPhone 15 pro 256gb black titanium.

15 PM 256GB Natural Titanium. Text and notification from DPD received earlier this morning. Parcel collected and scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Happy days. Looks like it will be a third flawless Pre Order experience for me afterall!
