Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

 It's finally happening. Just got my DPD text "We're expecting your -EE- parcel." 

can't wait to finally have the phone!

do you guys know if they offer delivery for next day?

You lucky son of a gun lol. What one you getting? Yes normally always next day and faster VIP paid option via DPD for morning slots.

Still haven’t received an estimated date and it’s 3 weeks now  only getting your order will be with you soon and on track 😩no hope for receiving this phone anytime soon but glad to see people are getting texts.

I wouldn't call myself lucky🤣as I did a pre-order on the 16th. But thankfully it's close to be over. I got the PM WT 256 gb. Yeah I think I'm going to pay for that vip delivery.

Okay, so I just spoke to an EE rep, and this is what they said:

First of all, we appreciate your choice to buy an iPhone 15 with us and completely understand that waiting is completely irrepressible since I have also ordered one for myself and it is in pending status. 😔

Upon checking, I see that your order has reached the warehouse but has not been picked up yet by DPD.

I also see that your order is in progress; EE is currently working to allocate your device, and once EE has done this and the device is ready to ship, EE will update you via SMS with the delivery details.

But technically speaking, Lane! It works on stock availability along with many background actions, for example - mode of order placement, Order processing or stock availability on a first-come, first-serve basis It is very difficult to identify, but this should be delivered on priority.


So it sounds like not even EE employees are getting their hands on the new iPhone either! I guess I'll just have to wait, and for reference the iPhone I ordered was the PM in BluT 1TB

They tried peddling that old chestnut with me the other and were abruptly told to concentrate on the order on their screen.

Just got my text and pin from DPD although ee tracking is saying 30/10-3-11 still

4th October, so it's not been 2 weeks yet. However I highly doubt it's in the warehouse waiting to be sorted by DPD.
