Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Must have gone through on EE's end for you to have a decent order number like that!

Just spoke to EE, apparently my order has reached the warehouse and awaiting to be picked up by DPD (WT 256GB ordered on 28/09/2023), how viable is this information, I have no idea.....I've reached the point where anything they say to me is BULL

I ordered the same on the 17th and have had no text, my tracking shows 30 oct - 3rd nov as estimated date so i'll be surprised if that's true

I just received this text message this morning from EE

"Hi! Greetings, Your order has reached to warehouse but not been picked up yet by DPD. EE currently working to allocate your device"
