Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yeah i preordered the phone on the 16th and I’ve had my 03 number since then, but I’ve never had a text to say things are on track

So I put a formal complaint into EE about this whole sitch and executive complaints sent me a whole bunch of nothing, but stated because I was credited £15 I won’t be credited anymore which is hilarious, and that if I’m not happy they can cancel my order or keep it active and issue a letter of referral to send my complaint to Ombudsman service, like wow talk about professionalism.

It's getting pathetic now, checked out 02 out of curiosity and the site says they have 1TB PM in white and black in stock, blue is up to 4 weeks and natural 1  week if that is accurate (as of writing this), if so then so what in the hell is EE playing at!

Giffgaff had stock last week obviously none now, not sure about the other carriers but EE is a complete joke at the moment,  have they actually ordered any sodding phones from Apple. I'm a very patient person but EE are really pushing it now with still no communication apart from my order is on track way back on the 21st Sep and my order getting a delivery window and then scrapped (as some others on here as well), all while still no texts, emails or even updates on the tracking page.

EE, your a communication company, apparently the "best in the UK" so start communicating!

I was told in an EE store that 12,000 iPhone Pro Max had been ordered and only 2,000 had been sent by apple and that this is a tactic that apple use every year to keep the hype and to stretch the increased profits over 2 financial quarters rather than one massive increase in one.

Update on mine, ordered yesterday - out for delivery today.
