Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Update on mine. 

cancelled my black 256 today and changed to blue 512. Got DPD text immediately and after checking DPD tracking they also now have the phone so I am expecting a swift turn around. 

for reference I ordered the black and got confirmation at 2 mins past 1pm on preorder day. My order number was 0033144 which seems ridiculous given the time I ordered. 

 

seems that blue is the winner if you want one quick.

I cancelled my 256 GB NT order and went with 512GB BT , I really didn't care about the colour and it'll be despatched within a couple of days , also got 10% discount on the line meaning the 512gb blue is a tiny bit cheaper than the 256 NT id originally ordered .

According to the site there is still stock of the 15 pro max 512 blue (delivery within 3 days)

Yes, but I have been told twice today on the phone they are sold out.

I started both conversations by saying I needed confirmation they had stock of the blue before they cancelled my order. Just wondering if their system is so poor, both operatives didn't want to take the risk so said they had no stock. Who knows.

One thing I have learned about EE is IF you need a question answering, you cant just accept the first answer you are given. Ring at least 3-5 times, take all the answers and .................... (Answers on a postcare please)..... I have no idea..... (;0)

Ordered black pro max on 29/09/23 and was told that my phone will be with you within 22 days and tracking is still on “order confirmed” and then got an email/tracking updated with a “you’re order is on track” on 06/10/23. Anyone have any idea when my phone will be delivered? Thanks

No idea but those ‘your order is on track’ updates are automatically sent every 7 days when no actual movement is happening.

For the last 3/4 weeks I haven’t had a single one of those messages😂
