Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just got a new email today from EE

Hi Chris, your order is still on track and you’ll have your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Natural Titanium soon!

Your expected delivery date is: 30th Oct - 3rd Nov 2023

Please Note: Delivery dates are an estimate. If anything changes, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

Ordered 15 PM BT 512gb from GiffGaff @ 13:44 yesterday and it was delivered this morning @ 10:45 🙌

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for theirs, I hope you get them sooner rather than later but I would 100% suggest keeping an eye on GG for more stock and just ordering from there!

i actually spoke to someone on EE who was extremely helpful and he explained what Apples tactic is. Apple purposely under produce their iPhone to keep the prices up. They only send a order to their manufacture to produce a new line only when a certain number of phones are sold AND activated via icloud. It is a sneaky and clever tactic

quick update on this:

EE did the most sensible thing apparently, 

the refund did not come from EE, it was returned by my bank, God Knows why, so EE didn't cancel my order, they just added the upgrade fee to my next bill 😄 :D. If they cancelled it; i'd have lost it lol

Just had an email the my order is on track after just over a week of placing the order, how long after receiving this did anyone get their phone. Feels like forever already.

The blue 512 pm is showing expected despatch in 3 days now if anyone wanted to take the risk of cancelling their long ones for it..
