Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

So called through to CS, got my £30 upfront cost refunded to me, they had one blue 512GB PM in stock, and just amended my order! Got confirmation and order number straight away.  

Should be dispatched within working day! 🔥

Is there more to this story. Are you saying they have stock to dispatc h in  one working day when a lot of people have been waiting weeks? or have I missed something? Thanks

God knows mate, 

I was just querying why I wasn’t been updated about my order and was given an option to amend it went through to the upgrades team and they said we have 1 blue in stock now 512GB if you’d like to upgrade to that and I was like yeah why not, received my order number and order confirmation email, a lot more than my previous order! so hopefully il get it within the next two days

pm blue 512 are showing a wait of up to 7 days.  the spreadsheet just shows 2 waiting (probably got them and not provided an update for the spreadsheet

My  phone arrived today at 7.45am dpd as had to give them a pin. Black pm 256gb. Hopefully everyone else starts seeing there orders come through. I ordered on the 17th and its arrived on the 5th October that isnt too bad

Noticing a lot more since yesterday are receiving theirs who ordered on the 17th.

 

I ordered my 256GB BT PM on the 18th so hopefully there might be a message coming through today to say it’ll be on its way. HOPEFULLY 😅

Have you had any updates ? I ordered the day after for 15th max wt in 256gb. Praying that delivery will be October more than November.
