Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Could always try live chatting DPD just see if the bot could give you the estimated date? May work may not

I tried that, it just says “We haven’t received your parcel yet. Your sender will be able to tell you when it’s being dispatched.”

Guess the models this time really made a difference. I only went for blue pro 256 as when I spoke to them the pro max were in high demand.

I’ve looked at my tracking on ee it’s now updated to estimated delivery 6th-10th October

First update since placing the order, but I still have to wait another 10-14 days🙄🙄

Considering loads of black 256gb PM went out last night bit peed off wasn’t that fair down a list and potentially have to wait another week guess it’s better than a kick in the teeth I suppose 😂😂

It’s clearly totally random and probably how close to the distribution centres the customer is..

I ordered mine on pre order day about 2:30 and I’ve got an estimated date of October 10th on my EE app.
