Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yeah I agree. Last year there was always some people having notifications but this year..

I got mine on release day last year and never visited the community. 2021 for the 13PM I was here though and that was similar (perhaps not quite as bad) to this year

2021 at least the tracking gave dates and they updated and got closer as stock rolled in

Yeah I’m going to have to butter someone up to grab it for me 🤣 hoping it’s not too much effort with the pin form DPD. 

I feel like everyone that uses the live chat gets told something different haha. I was apparently speaking to someone in the ‘digital care team’

would be nice if I get it sometime this week, but not too fussed if I have to wait to be fair!

I'm trying to feel the same about mine but the longer it goes on the more i wonder if i even needed the new phone and whether a magsafe battery would be enough for me to keep the 14PM going for a year

I wasn’t going to upgrade this year as there’s not much difference to the 14pm, but my battery and battery health has been horrendous so decided to upgrade this year. 

fingers crossed we all get them before waiting 28 days 🤞🏻. I’m sure it’ll be worth the pain of checking the DPD app constantly 🤣

Apple will install a new battery for £95. Not cheap but will breathe new life into the phone if it’s battery is always dying

Yeah i've thought about it, but in ideal circumstances (this year has not been ideal...) i get the new phone and return this one without paying any additional (usually dont pay delivery) and the contract is usually cheaper
