Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Nope. No update since my I pre ordered first thing Saturday 16th 8:30am. Received email confirmation of the order at 9:01am. Hoping it arrives before we move in 2 weeks! Fingers crossed.

Just for yesterday order update. Update dates are 7 days apart. Will check in with CS for bill offset on 14days count-down from launch date.

Exactly the same thing happened to me phone was mint put it on the dirty machine twice an hour apart 2 different gradings one poor one good absolute robbing scum they are, sold a 4th gen iPad with them before it arrived I tracked it a week later they said when they opened it it had baby clothes in the box instead, had to fight but lucky had the weight of the parcel on my receipt and it didnt match what they said they received so got my money back but they are crooks to be honest

Ordered 15 Pro Natural Titanium 128GB on the 25th September and I received just now a DPD Text that it will be delivered today.
We will deliver your -EE- parcel today between 11:35-12:35,

So just got off the phone to them again as I have only had one text last Thursday but no updates on the tracking page. ‘Apparently’ there is stock of the natural Titanium coming through today so people should expect updates from Monday. Whether I believe that bs well wait and see on Monday but that does correlate to someone else I spoke to say more stock is coming so we’ll just have to see

PM NT 256GB. I was assured multiple times I’d have my new phone launch day so 4 days before I sold my 13 PM thinking it’ll only be 4 days till I get my new one and now I’m stuck using a 6s 😑 I called up the other day to question my bill as I wasn’t prepared to pay a months bill when my other contract had ended and I didn’t have my new phone and they refunded a months bill money to my account in credit for the next upcoming bill

Just an FYI. There is no list for them to reference when looking at orders. All they can see is if it is Open Sales (new order/pre-order), Picked (soon to be dispatched) & Dispatched. So if an agent says that you are x on a list, it is a placating statement to keep you happy.
