Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My order is identical to yours I think but unsure on size, ordered on 22nd September the 15 Pro in natural titanium (128gb mine). It was ordered in store and confirmed but I heard nothing in the last 7 days. Tracking initially said with the 7 days but a day later changed to a message just saying ‘awaiting confirmation’. So I went in today to try to get a rough idea how things are going and they showed my order on their screen saying within 14 days. Seems to be default what many are told now, so perhaps I’m halfway towards getting mine. I don’t know why mine is so much longer than yours as you order the Pro and natural as well. I used to work for EE years back and have gone through multiple iPhone launches. This is by far the worst. But also I think sometimes Apple hold stock back to big up the hype of the iPhone. The mentality being you want what you can’t have. The way EE have handle the upgrade anytime contracts is shockingly bad. I called on the 15th at 13:00 on the dot 5 minute wait adviser was ready to upgrade me then systems went down. He said he would call me. He didn’t. Called on the 16th was at 1300 and system was still acting up. Eventually advisor called at about 1800 and it all went through he did say there was plenty of stock and I should get in 14 days. I didnt get it. He was going to charge me delivery and I said that I’ve got a problem with that and he waived the fee and said anyone that says they have a problem with it they wipe the fee off most of the time. I am gutted I don’t have my PM 512GB black order number 0033096 and I’m hoping I get it before I go on holiday next week but I don’t think I will. I still keep my 30% discount and I didn’t have to pay any fee. My 12 months is the 15th next month. I have put in a complaint and which hasn’t been looked at yet. I will ask for my contract to start the day of release and however much money I can get as compensation high looks like £30

We'll let you know when your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium is on its way to you. There's lots you can do in the meantime, including backing up your old device.

Where are you getting this update? When I track mine, it says that it’s still awaiting a confirmation date for delivery 😂
