iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just off the phone to EE. I’ll have mine within 14 days as of today. Was 50/50 wether to cancel and get the pro as they have tonnes in stock but will hold off and wait.

I’d take that with a pinch of salt, this morning on twitter I have been told 28 days regardless of order date, on the myEE app this morning was told it would be 14 days of release date. None of them have a clue.

And in 14 days you can call them back and order the pro when the PM still hasn’t arrived 😉

Pre ordered my device on the 20th. 

got told by retail I’d receive it on launch. (I work for another service provider so I know this wasn’t true.) but still to this day I’ve no idea when it’s coming, my tracking still says “awaiting confirmation” so I haven’t the foggiest of when I’m receiving my phone. EE 👍😂😂

I just had an update from EE customer services. All of the pro max variants are out of stock.  Despite ordering on launch day around 2 pm, the wait time they have given me is more than 28 days from today. And still no 0033 order number, only an acknowledgement that they have received my order. 

The wait continues…

My natural titanium pro max has been fine. A little hot when set up and restoring, but that’s fairly usual. Been fine browsing, watching vids and gaming.

Ordered a 15 pro on the 23rd, was it would arrive within 21days, although everyone has been told different things by the looks of it so I guess they have no idea lol. Not expecting it anytime soon.

I upgraded on sat 16th (tried to do it on Fri 15th but the EE upgrade systems were down)  was expecting it launch day and nothing. The tracking says it’s still awaiting confirmation and I haven’t even received a trade in bag. 

What a mess 😭

If you only have an acknowledgement (xko********) of your order and haven’t received confirmation (0033******)  - best case scenario is more than 28 days from today.
