Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Can delivery be changed from your home address to an EE Store once you get the DPD notification?

What's bothering me right now is that I don't even have a trackable order number, so I have no ETA whatsoever. I ordered a black 256gb pro max on 25/09, and I know it said >28 days so I can't complain, but just an idea of when it might ship would be nice.

From reading this thread there appears to be little consistancy to the ordering process, even after the manic weekend of the pre order period.
I ordered on 21st and had a "Thank you for your order" email which included a order number within a few hours.
Have you rang them?

I don’t think it is. I don’t think people are updating it when they get the phone as at least with the black version people have said here that orders come well after the order numbers on the sheet. I know at least one person has said on here that they’ve received the phone but the spreadsheet hasn’t been updated.

I did call and they gave me an 0002 number, which doesn't seem to let me track anything. She said there was nothing else and tracking wouldn't be possible until it dispatched. I wonder if it's because I ordered in the app and not website or phone?

Same as mine. I am anticipating Wednesday for that DPD notification, but I’ll be happier if we get it tomorrow!
