Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have 512 NT Max on order number: 0033200 and I have zero clue when my phone is coming and people seem to have later number and got there phones so have no clue what EE is doing frankly.. I just sit and wait... and wait lol

Was it the same colour/spec though? I know the titanium one is the most delayed and the blue the least.

My order was messed up 3 times so I’m now doubting this one has gone through correctly. Just trying to get some evidence before calling ee.

Mine is the Pro Max titanium and yes it seems the black is very available with most people.. I would think it worked on order number only but clearly not from what I have seen here.,

 I ordered the 1TB in  Blue T on the 4th of October. I'm very much aware that it'll be a wait, but according to the spreadsheet, out of the 24 1TB iPhones, only 4 have been delivered. Is there going to be a stupidly long wait for 1TB? I've been tracking my order since I got the 03 number, but it's still saying: "awaiting. confirmation". I really do hope EE isn't overselling and under-delivering. I ordered it so that when uni starts, my phone will work with my laptop (Macbook Air); I currently have a Samsung s23 ultra, which, although it is a good phone, I'm not an android fan, much prefer the Apple EcoSystem.

As usual I'm still waiting on a DPD notification for my 1TB PM NT that went through on the 16th at 10 am, I still have a date on the EE tracker for the 9th of October to the 13th. It’s just frustrating that sone people that may order today get it shipped for next day while one terabyte users are still waiting for nearly a month, absolutely ridiculous.

Hi everyone 

 

I’ve just cancelled my order for the PM white 256 because delivery is EDD 30th - 3rd nov and ordered the PM blue 512 and delivery is 3 working days. Il let you know if I receive my order. Got my re order number 0033 straight away too
