Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

do we know for certain that the next batch goes out next Monday, or is it likely there'll be a batch of deliveries before that point?

Nice one , enjoy the new phone. I've a 14 pro atm so I'm not in a huge rush although I am looking forward to the USB C charging and the pro max size

Thanks I’m looking forward to it. I hadn’t been in a big rush before but as time has ticked on  I don’t want it being delivered when I’m not around. Hope you get yours soon!

Hi guys, 

 

I’ve had my iPhone delivered today. However I’ve had no contact texts off EE and the app is still showing my old contract? Is this something that takes a couple of days to update? Or is it worth calling.

My order number is 0033365569 which seems like a lot of numbers I ordered mine on 27th sept so hopefully it comes quick

I hope there will be, I don’t know whether it’s true or not but according to EE, they get deliveries Mondays and Thursday, but it will be a win if they get them everyday.

I had mine delivered yesterday and my plan didn’t change. I messaged them on the app and they said it can take up to 24 hours and then it changed a couple of hours later 👌🏻

I ordered 10am the day before you and my order number is just short of 42000 before your number.  

All of those orders though wont be for iPhones though and I believe even topping up PAYG generates an order number.

The last 2 weeks appear to be Monday & Wednesday. Thats when the DPD notifications have been going out. Would be great thou for more to be sent tomorrow but I'm not expecting to see anymore now till Monday at the earliest. Wednesday for my notification. Fingers crossed I'm wrong….

So, after ordering on 20/09/2023 I received an update from ee today with an estimated delivery date of 20-24th of October. This is after being promised last week I would receive the device by 06/10/2023(please note I didn’t believe this at all). Glad to have received a date but still disappointed. 15 pro max, 256gb, black titanium
