Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Received the email today saying 13th to 17th and then this evening I got the DPD ping saying they have my parcel but no delivery date yet. Hopefully it will not be that long now.

I ordered my PM NT over the phone on the 19th mid day & still not had my dpd text yet😭 I hope it comes soon getting very impatient now

What storage did you order & has your tracking on EE app updated showing EDD?

Well that’s my order cancelled and downgraded to sim only.  Managed to bag a NT PM 256 in an Apple Store on the upgrade programme to avoid next years inevitable EE Shambles! Hope your phones come soon!

Hi guys. 
Just an update... my order tracking moved to an actual date 2 days ago and was given 30th October - 3rd November.

DPD text just came through stating parcel collected from sender with the PIN code. 

15 PM 512gb in Natural Titanium which I order on launch day about 10pm and had a call 2 days later to provide more details and confirm the order.

Same here! Ordered 12:42 same day as you both and same phone! No update aside from 30th - 3rd October expected. 

seems like whites are the slowest to be sent out …

Any DPD notifications gone out tonight?

or what time do they go out till?

I’ve ordered PM BT 256gb, it’s saying expected 13-17 October but fingers crossed I get a notification tonight as I’m not far down on the list from those who received it.

Btw I’ve been reading the forums since 13 PM, it’s nice to know and feel that you’re not alone in this, reading this gives hope and patience.
