Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I'm in the same position. I've called and gone through live chat many times and they cannot provide any information, so it looks like we're both just waiting - iphone 15PM NT 256gb

Did you order the 512gb also? People for sure mostly ordered Max NT. I have never had a text from anyone about my order just an email saying on track... on track for what? this year lol

My tracking now shows 30th Oct for 15 PM NT 256 ☹️ disappointing as ordered online on the Friday 13:10, called and confirmed by 14:00, but didn’t receive a confirmation email until the Sunday.

Hardly the release day delivery, or 14 days, or even 28 days for that matter. Agree the lack of communication is shocking from EE, and the communication that is going out is awful at best. Seriously reconsidering my upgrade.

I’m waiting on a 256GB NT PM.

My tracker says delivery estimated between 6th and 10th October, given previous reports of stock arriving on Monday and Wednesdays I’m hoping this means I’m on today’s stock list and receive a text today for a delivery tomorrow / Friday, but guess it could potentially be Monday’s which is the 9th.

I find it frustrating that I ordered and got my confirmation at 2 mins past 1pm and my number is 0033144xxx.

I feel like at this point the only way we can get EE's attention is by spaming their instagram posts with all our requests as we're doing here because they do not revise this thread.

I had an email yesterday updating my order details to 14-22nd October. Then later yesterday had a text from dpd saying they have received my order and it will be getting delivered today. I ordered on 18th 256gb iPhone blue. I was hoping it’s early because I go on holiday on Monday!
