Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered same time as me. Im hoping ours is in the next batch. No idea when that is but worst case im thinking DPD notifications next Monday for delivery next week! What does your EE update state for EDD?

Ordered on the 18th 15PM 256GB Black. Got notified to say from the 13th-17th October and nothing further as of yet.

Mine currently says between October 13th and October 17th, but I’m hoping I get a DPD notification before that point because quite a few people got their phone delivered to them well before their EDD

In the same boat as you only received an 02 number no XKO or 003 number. No movement since 15th only got a text on the 21st saying it’s on track I ordered the 15 PRO MAX 256GB NATURAL TITANIUM 

what phone did you order?

I’m the same as you. Got 02 number and 003 number. Neither of them work. So totally in the dark. All I can see is off the spreadsheet 21 ppl have got DPD confirmation of 256 NT PM and I’m no24. Not has anything yet and so far I don’t think  anyone that’s not been able to track has received any DPD message either. We have n future date either as nothing comes up on tracking and when you call them they say you can’t track unless you have DPD message. Which is a lie. For some reason there’s a bunch of us that can’t track anything.

I’ve ordered the same phone on the 15th. Got 003 number a couple of days after when I chased it up. But unable to track anything and received no updates from ee or DPD

My tracking was finally updated this afternoon. I ordered the 15 pro in white on 26th and after no texts or emails I received an expected delivery date between 6th-10th this afternoon. Hope everyone gets theirs soon!
