Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I regret ordering with EE so bad. Giffgaff have them in stock now! Worst customer experience ever. Just lies lies lies. And I’ve worked with helpdesks for a decade. Would be embarrassed if I was managing EE right now.

@bazza12 There's nothing in my DPD app, just says the usual where it's coming to, and the tracking activity, where would it usually show? According to EE I will get the pin tomorrow morning (when my delivery is due)

I ordered on 18th September, 15PM NT 512GB and tracking has been updated to 30th Oct - 3rd Nov, #0033129.
Hopefully I get a magical text from DPD well before then!
Think I’m enjoying this thread more than I’ll enjoy the phone tbh

@mlml12345 when you got your pin, did you get it via the DPD app on the morning of your delivery being due? I've got EE blaming DPD and DPD blaming EE so far
