Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m 8th on the list for PM NT 256gb and don’t have DPD notification yet😐 not sure why mine got marked as delivered on the sheet

It’s not accurate, I haven’t had a text from DPD but mine is marked as delivered on the tracker?

For reference I ordered NT Pm 256 on the 15th, had confirmation on the 15th at 17:48pm.

I just called EE to find out who I don't have an 03 tracking number whereas people who ordered after me, do. I was advised that I'm going to have to wait OVER 28 days which is ridiculous. Clearly EE customer service advisors have no idea what they're doing and nor do EE themselves. Very, very tempted to cancel at this point

Guy on phone seems to think I will receive it early next week. I don't believe it even a bit. I ordered it on the 19th.
