Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

There's definitely a good chance you'll receive your phones prior to the estimated delivery dates, if mine is anything to go by I was expecting between 13-17th Oct, but received my pin today so expecting delivery tomorrow I'd assume.

Will update as I hear more.

Just spoke to CS and I’m being told I’ve got to wait over 30 days for my phone! My order date was 17th September. If I’m going off the EDD which is 30th Oct - 3rd November then I’m going to be waiting 47 days!! 😢😢😢

Does anyone know what is the differnce b/w orders numbers?

The one which I received on email starts with 0033XX and when I speak with EE agents they mention order starting with 02577XXX.

But while tracking I can see only 0033 one and the 02577 one doesn't even show up upon tracking.

Would take what they say with a pinch of salt, if you speak to someone else you'll be told different.

Ordered on pre-launch at 1:30pm and got my notification yesterday, 2.5 weeks later.

Seems like a good lot went out yesterday and with news of production getting better hopefully you would get yours within a week or two!

Lucky you, I ordered mine on the 19th, 15 PM NT also and I haven't received anything at all

Honestly Laura I would be very, VERY surprised if you have to wait that long mate!!!!

We’ve had Mondays delivery and a load have gone out last night / today, then there’s another Wednesday. Same next week, so I’d say if you don’t get it by Saturday this week, DEFINITELY next week!!!
