Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I upgraded using my upgrade anytime, and I received my 15 PM on launch day, however I’ve not received anything to return the old phone, haven’t even had any texts about it. Usually those texts start straight away,  has anyone else not had their return pack or been chased for the old phone ?

Nailed it tonight fella. Still waiting for that DPD notification but with all the movement tonight and orders being filled cross referencing the list, I know I'm not far off now.  🤞🏾
