For a comms company, their communications are shambolic both internally and externally.
16 days since I placed my pre-order - at which point I was told "release day delivery" by THREE different advisors on the phone, even without asking for estimated delivery dates. The website was showing within 14 days at that point, so either way, none of it was true.
The fact they're keeping everyone in the dark, telling everyone different stories and refusing to send wider updates on the status of stock is purely to keep the money rolling in. Disgraceful customer service.
