My top Tip!

Pre-order from Apple!
I see year after year that "I ordered X phone and X GB, X colour, but EE (other networks probably the same) have not sent me a confirmation email"

Save yourself the hassle and order it from Apple directly, then you know exactly when you're getting it. They offer financing too at 0%, then grab a SIM only deal with Uswitch or something for an EE sim

I'm sure come Friday, there will be an Official thread, with comments saying they pre-ordered and something went wrong, no confirmation email or text or something, I guarantee it. The system is unfortunately just not capable of keeping up, even the forum is slow at times

Seems worse than usual at EE this year, order placed online to upgrade and the usual call us email...

1h 30 minutes later and finally processed and email confirmation, assured delivery next week for 15 Pro Max in Natural Titanium.

Online I see the white 15 pro max is now 28 delivery where as the others all 14 days....

I ordered IPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb White Platinum, ordered online at 12:59 confirmed on phone at 13:14 was assured id get it on Release day as I fly on the 29th Sep however tracking says awaiting confirmation… does anyone’s tracking show anything yet?

My agent keeps trying to get me to connect to some shoddy screensharing thing to accept my T's&C's. It's not working so I can't progress with this order. This is becoming frustrating.

I’m on live with an agent at the moment. They are checking if my 12:59 order went through but they mentioned shipping is slipping to 28 days minimum across most models. I’ll keep the thread updated on what I hear - also hold times are 40 min.

Done! Finally. Just got off the phone with the agent, told me I'm still looking at dispatch within 14 days. Also told me that there's currently over 500 people in the queue waiting to be seen to so if anyones waiting to be connected right now you'll be waiting over an hour, just an FYI.

I was on hold for 40min, got through to an agent and they are checking my order.  It’s been 20 min since she’s checked in with me lol

40 min since she went to check on my order - thinking of hanging up and trying back tomorrow. Hopefully they just confirm my online order from 12:59…
