My new iPhone 14 is saying it’s with the courier as of 20 hours ago but I have not received a text or confirmation? I assumed it would be coming today . I had another iPhone 14 from a different network and that arrived at 7.20 am this morning via the same courier. On the tracking it has said dispatched

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I Pre Ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the 15th of September, which I had to pay an early upgrade fee for. Now, I can see that a fair few people have received estimated delivery dates for their phones, however i haven't received any email whatsoever apart from one saying my order had been completed and information on my monthly plan etc. Should I get in contact with EE again or shall I wait? I don't want to be waiting if my order hasn't properly gone through as I had to do it twice seen as the first person didn't explain the trade in to me. Another thought, will the people that paid an early upgrade fee be due a full or partial refund on this? As my free upgrade was on the 3rd of October, however now it wont be classed as an early upgrade as there is a possibility of me not getting the phone until then or after then.
