I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.
Frustrating, I called DPD and they don’t have my details in their system, nothing on the app, nothing from EE, but EE confirm it’s down for release date delivery, what am I supposed to do here
Seen a few people who have had delays after paying with Amex. Did the same, had to call around 16:00 on 9/9 to confirm my order after pre-ordering at bang on 13:00. Nothing extra from EE but DPD app currently says Parcel Collected from sender and received order details, expecting parcel shortly, both this morning. Maybe some hope for us Amex users!
