iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Has anyone received their iPhone 14 pro max in space black 128gb ordered around 31st October? Just wanting some information to see if anyone has received their phone yet. Have had a major issue as an EE advisor cancelled my original order and re ordered at a later date (this is an entirely different issue which is being investigated already). Really just trying to figure out how long of an extra delay I’ve had due to the issues I’ve originally had with my order. 
Already aware of the lockdown restrictions in China but it’s practically put me further back in the queue due what the EE advisor had done to my order!

I ordered on 3rd October, nothing yet. I've seen a few posts of people who received theirs who ordered on the 31st, so hopefully you're not far off down the queue.

I got reimbursed £20 from EE today. I'm grateful but I hope that's not a sign things will be even longer, I've waited over a month now!

Orderd same phone as you on the same day and all my tracking has updated to is your order is on track which was on the 4/12/22 looks like if people have orderd purple or black especially in 128gb the back log will be massive so could potentially get ours sooner but got a feeling its going to be January

I just received a notification from DPD they will deliver my phone tomorrow. Let see (no update on ee tracking tho.

Has anyone on this thread received their iPhone 14 Pro yet (not Max)? Went for the 'base model', 128GB in black so I can imagine the demand is quite high, but it's hit the two month mark today (Order 17th Oct) with zero updates. I've yet to read anywhere of anyone actually having had theirs delivered...

Have you been able to chase your order with our customer care team? The current guidance for the iPhone 14 Pro 128GB Black is order now and usually dispatched within 21 days of ordering.

I'm very confused with my upgrade order, ordered 14 Pro 256gb in deep purple on the 10th dec was given delivery despatch within 7 days which was fine, had confirmation email  then received email saying order was on its way and to track, couldn't find order number, tried to track with xko, just says cannot track order at this time, rang cs who sent me another tracking number and that one says cannot track this type of order yet, can only track pay monthly phones.

I am sorry to hear the tracking is not yet available for your order. 

As soon as your order begins to progress and is ready for delivery you will be notified.

For those wanting answers.

I was obsessively looking on here to find out dispatch dates but no one was able to post anything so here is an update for the people looking like I was.

I upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple 128GB (useful to know as different phones have different dispatch times)

Payment date: 17th November

Got an email to confirm my order - no tracking information or order number

Was told I would get tracking information once it had been dispatched - i never got this (I’m not mad about it coz i got the information by calling EE - DPD are currently working on a massive backlog so it is what it is)

Dispatch time when I ordered was 14 days.

At 14 days I called EE and asked what was going on. They told me it would be dispatched on the Monday. It was not. I was advised to wait a little longer.

Randomly my EE app updates 5 days later and my new phone contract has started. This was my signal that the phone was being dispatched/had been dispatched.

I called EE and asked for an update: Confirm dispatch and gave me my tracking number.

I tracked it and it was delivered within the 1 hour window.

Delivery date: 12 December

TLDR;

1. It’ll probably take longer than they said
2. Only call after the max date of dispatch
3. You can get your tracking info once dispatched from EE
4. Clue to dispatch is change over of contract (if applicable)

Order on 26th November. Was told would be delivered within 7 days. It's been over 2 weeks now and still no update. Phoned EE and was just told once they receive stock I'll get it. Iphone 14 pro max silver 256gb. Keeping fingers crossed I'll get before Xmas but I'm not holding out much hope.
