I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Got my iphone 14 PM deep purple 256GB delivered today, orderd on 17 September.

 

Ordered my 14 PM Deep Purple 512gb instore on 17th. I just checked tracking again and tracking has changed to unavailable. 😕

Anybody else had problems with their SIM card in the new iPhone? Sim was fine in my 12PM, transferred it to the 14PM and has been “no service” since. 
EE Customer Service response was “… I was supposed to finish 2 minutes ago”, and promptly hung up on me. Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue?

Sounds silly but is the SIM card is the right way? I know when I change mine over because it’s been in for so long il do it the wrong way around 😂 if not you could try holding the top vol button and the lock button to restart the phone x

Lol, yep. Have turned phone off/on, have reset network settings, put it on airplane mode and off again. Absolutely nothing!

Put it back in the 12PM and won’t work in it either 🤦🏼‍♀️

My new phone has killed my SIM card 😵💫

Jus as a thought why not switch to e sim for now so u don’t lose service until you can get a new sim.

Tried, it won’t let me, gonna have to phone EE again. Either something iffy has happened or I’ve managed to time moving my sim with the network going down around me 😂

Does it come up with an error if so on the ee app chat to an advisor there they may be able to help as they are open till 10.30

These are the only 2 options. Given I’ve wiped the 12PM, that isn’t an option anymore, and when I chucked the sim back in it to check (without doing a full restore), that handset wouldn’t acknowledge the sim either.
