iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

The 14 Pro and Pro Max are basically the same spec, other than the Pro Max having a larger screen and battery. Personally I'd get the 14 Pro before I'd look at the 13 Pro Max.

Lucky you were in! Bit annoying though considering EE give so much emphasis on you’ll hear from DPD and not us.

I’ve got my hour slot now, gonna spend my morning watching the lil van on the tracking 😅

Well this is a great start

My phone was delivered bang on the start of the timeslot. However, I am not happy at how EE have 'packaged' the phone. They've just thrown it into a cheap bag with no protection, as a result the box is dented in multiple places. This is a £1,529 item, not even some bubble wrap. Disgraceful.

when checked tracking the usual expect dispatch within 24 hours

So they are going to turn back time for me and deliver the phone when they initially stated - Brilliant!!!

I can’t see the images yet but I have suspicions mine might be similar.

Got a text from someone at home saying it’s been delivered so I checked the CCTV and saw a small non sign written van pull up and someone walk to the door with a small grey package. Just left it in the porch as well as the person home said they were driving off before they got to answer the door which it says on the app they cannot leave it 🤷‍♀️ If I wasn’t expecting it I would never have guessed that was DPD.

I got mine on Monday, and it came in a gray plastic bag, no bubble wrap or anything to protect the box with the phone inside.

Mine was fine so, not dented or anything.

I would have expected a bit more care in packaging such an expensive phone.

Still not received my phone but through no fault of EE’s - Why am I not surprised that I’ve been let down once again by delivery drivers lying about attempting deliveries?

😂 didn’t even think to look. I’ve got the blokes thumb holding a box.. pretty sure he didn’t deliver a box. DPD are usually decent round my way but clearly not today lol. Couple hours of work left then I can go home and see!
