iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Although the issue with stock isn't EE's fault the way they have managed customers expectations is abysmal!

I had come around to the fact that it will arrive when it arrives, 

BUT..... 

yesterday I had a text saying I was due a phone call from EE so I chased this up with the EE app chat function. I was told I was being called to be updated my order was in the EE warehouse. 
So understandably I get a tad excited........

I call EE because I don't trust a word they say on the chat and im informed there is no stock and my order is still an "open order" No phone has been allocated to me

(so where did the chat rep get the info my phone is in?)

I go back on the chat for a bit of a moan and I'm told it is in the warehouse and may take 7 to 10 days to get to me!!

As I have said I understand it's not EE's fault they can't keep up with demand, but they aren't helping themselves when it comes to customer service!

15th so I appreciate that I won't get it before others who ordered earlier PM 128 silver

I’m the same, my tracker has said dispatch expected in 24 hours for over a week. I rang up CS about it on the 5th day as I thought it was taking the p*ss abit and was basically told I was lying abit it as on there end it’s still just an ‘open’ order, the lady on the phone sounded like she had no idea what she was doing and was basically trying to blame DPD when this is nothing to do with them. 
I never would of minded waiting 28 days for my new phone but since that tracker updated and I got a text saying my phone was coming soon over a week ago I don’t think is fair, put my life on hold waiting for a phone as I live alone

Is anyone still waiting for the 14 Pro Silver 128gb? If so, when did you order? I was told 10th Oct latest, now because the website states "despatched within 28 days" thats all I'm getting from CS.

Is anyone waiting on 14 Pro Max 128GB Space Black? Ordered on the 12/09 by phone and have heard nothing as of yet.

Yea I’m waiting for same model. Ordered 14/09. Had various responses from CS. Last week/this week/14/10, 28/10 etc etc.

I'm waiting for silver 128gb. I have been told so many things by EE the latest was mine is "in the warehouse" (which one is anyones guess). It could take 10 days to be dispatched. I've had dispatch expected in 24h for a week now.

To their credit (and my account!) they've given me a fair bit of £ as a sorry which is nice, but the sheer lack of any real knowledge for this entire situation has been beyond frustrating.

CS just say whatever the website states which is unhelpful given that your order date should be taken into consideration, so we shouldnt be told we'd be waiting as long as the people who choose to order now. So far this week alone I've been told it should be with me in a few days, to "Oct 10th latest", to "yeah nah gonna be 28 days". 

I understand "demand" and "this is all we can do" etc, but the lack of transparency between EE and ourselves needs looking at.
