iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Hopefully my last post so here's a summary:

• Ordered black iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb by phone on 13 September.
• Delivery promised within the week.
• Had to contact 150 a number of times and became exhausted and frustrated by the repeated misleading statements about likely delivery.
• Received £30 credit as a 'gesture of goodwill.'
• EE app has remained defiantly rubbish.
• DPD app is excellent and delivered this morning.

It's a cracking device, well worth the wait, but EE's customer relations have been appalling.

I ordered the pro max in silver 128gb. And I ordered on the 9th but was only put through on the 12th

I upgraded/ordered the iphone 14 pro max, 128gb in deep purple on the Wednesday 21st September and still havent received anything.

Did an onsite chat with EE and was told it would be coming this week but still not heard anything so I doubt it will be delivered this week.

Anyone who ordered the same phone as me, received it yet?

Honestly, expectations with EE are through the floor. There are people on here from 9th / 10th Sept who haven't received their phones, but some who placed after that date who have.

Never take anything told to you by EE as verbatim, I'd advise checking availability via Apple's website as if you'd ordered from them. EE have a real problem being honest.

It is ridiculous! They told me it was first come first serve but obviously that isn't the case when people are receiving them before the others that ordered first! 

I have looked on apple and it says from 28th September-4 Nov, which it also said the other day. So hopefully they are being delivered from 28th and people should start receiving them in the next few days! 🤞

Yep, most of us could write a novel, sequel, prequel and movie spin-off with the numerous stories EE have fobbed each of us off with. I'd be less frustrated if they kept to one lie, but its the fact every single employee has a different version!

Yeah that date with apple has been about the same for the last week, so fingers crossed there will be a flurry of all handsets at the end of the month! 🤞

Hey I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max in purple. 128GB originally on the 13th. I left it a good amount of days and called back they said my order was “stuck” a.k.a they didn’t put it through and forgot about it, so I had to re order the phone in a completely different colour! I went for gold pro max 128gb, they told me within 14 days, I’ve checked Apple website and they’re saying 4-6weeks for stock? So I’m unsure what is going on, at this rate I’ll be happy to get it before Christmas 😞

I’m the same. I did the preorder for the deep purple pro max on the 9th of September. Got my order number and everything and then I heard nothing, didn’t even get an email until the 21st saying I needed to call ee about my order, an email that should of been sent on the 9th, they told me my phone would only arrive after 21-28 days due to no stock coming in. I’m fuming really as my warranty and insurance have now ran out on my old phone because I genuinely thought I’d of had my new phone by now.
