I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

When you was ordering they would of asked you to share your screen with you or did they not?

They did and said I would be sent the documents by email but they haven't arrived yet - mind you, neither has the phone!

I didn't receive an email, just a text which only confirmed the order had been placed.

Wishful thinking. I haven’t even been sent the email. Asked ee but was told all is on track

Same here. Just asked the online assistant and was told I can't view them (only the standard 14 day cancellation period stuff), and that I need to ring 150. To be honest, life's too short to go through that again!
