I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Yes. I believe the DPD cut off is 9pm, so unfortunately there's still a while to go before we know if it's coming tomorrow or not!

My tracker is still just as 'order confirmed'. It hasn't moved since I ordered on the 12th. Someone else who ordered the exact same phone on the same day got their dpd text day yesterday. So got all my hopes up :(.

EE have been torturing me today with texts about an annual MOT and then trying to see me a BT deal. Not exactly your target audience right now EE!

I have now got "Dispatch expected in 24 hours". I suspect you will get a ping from DPD late afternoon/evening to say they have received the package.

Expected Delivery Date still says Awaiting confirmation though so maybe you will get that notification tomorrow. Or it could be false hope 😂

I like how on every other order thread outside of this one, an EE rep says it's on a first come, first served basis 😂 I think they mean first come, first served to get a lucky dip within a lucky dip with some extra lucky dip thrown in to ever know when your phone is coming.

Complain via live chat to EE!! I did and asked about waiting time and the pack of communication and they are putting credit on my account

I mean I know they’re just saying what they’re told but at least expand a bit as I think we all know now it very much depends on colour/size/model but it seems folk outside of this thread aren’t aware.

FYI for those of you who still haven't heard anything a manager has now said it will take 28 days. I am actually appalled with EE's service

Surely that's only based on if you ordered now? For my device, it says 14 days from if I ordered now.

I ordered the 14 PM on the 13th and had it confirmed on the same day. I only received an XKO and ever since then all I get is unable to give details on this order. I have spoken to CS and they have said it was going to get delivered on the 16th then the 20th. They’ve said my device is at the warehouse waiting pick up for 4 days now. Love the assistance.
