I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.
Ordered a 14 pro max on 13.09 and at the moment my pre order says confirmed but no delivery details. Spoke to EE this morning and was told it could be up to 28 days from order date so likely first/second week of October.
I also had the £100 refund for one of my orders. Spoken to them they didn’t say anything about the refund but both my orders are still going ahead. Can only see estimated delivery date for my phone since that was ordered over the phone & watch was online. They still standing by my 28th-30th delivery date so I guess we will see.
If by refund you mean the money has appeared as a credit in your account, then it’s not a refund. They’ve done that for all orders that haven’t been completed, and when your device is sent out, they will take the payment from that credit.
