I'm just feel frustrated by the whole thing. I need to arrange when I work from home or ensure someone is in the house to accept the delivery and I can't really do that with a multi-day window.
I rang EE on Saturday as it did not arrive on the pre-order date and didn't receive a delivery notification on the Thursday like many others here. I was told by the person on the phone that if it did not arrive on the Friday it will quote 'definitely arrive on the Tuesday' end quote.
It's Monday and I get an email this morning saying my order is on track - how can it when its delayed??.
I click the link and I have a several day window into the end of this week. So I've been lied to by EE, I would accept an explanation (and do expect this to be the case here) of it being in high demand they will get it out as soon as possible, but to say it will definitely arrive at x date without any clue that it will is disappointing.
