iPhone 13 myEE app set up - cannot get past set up of contacts

Hi I am in the process of setting up my app on a new iPhone and it just stalls at this screen, any ideas why? It worked perfectly fine on my old phone.

Could you try deleting the app and re-downloading it please, @rcbit?

What happens if you tap 'next' at the bottom of the page?

 

Do you get an error message?

Nothing happens @Jon_K , it just sits there apparently doing nothing
