iPhone 12 Pro Delivery?

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before but i ordered an iphone 12 pro on 4th November and received a confirmation email the same day but havent had any update since. Is there a delay with delivery? Could i pick it up in store instead of waiting for delivery?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You can check the current stock levels of the iPhone 12 Pro by selecting the colour and size variant you have ordered online.

 

All orders will be processed on a first come first served basis with any back orders being fulfilled first.

 

Due to the current Government guidelines, our EE Stores are currently closed.

 

With the email confirmation, did you receive an order number? You can use this with your email address to track your order online.

 

Once your deliver is ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery details.
