DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. I've always wanted a Google pixel since they came out, my iPhone broke recently so I figured it would be time to make the switch back to androids. I shouldn't have. The camera quality is horrible and the phone does nothing but lag. No point using facial recognition as it never picks your face up and it looks like it runs on 8 pixels. Should've stayed with iPhone or got a Samsung.

The phone is terrible worst phone I've ever had. Tech team cannot improve the issues with this phone.
Had it couple of months and I hate it too many problems with it, as well as constant screen freezing and now stuck with it for 2 more years. Already spoken to EE
I'm even thinking of removing my SIM and going back to my old sony phone and just paying contract on Google one for 2 years it's that bad.

I had no issues with my P8P. Have you tried a factory reset and not restoring from a backup and seeing if that fixes the issue?

Hi @Dizlowe.
If a factory reset hasn't helped, it is worth speaking to our tech guides again, and they can see if there is anything else they can suggest to get it working, and if not, look at the options for repair under the warranty.
You can see how to reach our teams on our Contact Us page.
