How do I change my texts from my email address to my mobile number when, my number is not on my iPhone under iMessage?

@Di621 the number for iMessage is taken from the sim in the device.
If you go to Settings>Phone is your number shown?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
