dual sim issue

I converted my sim to an esim some time back and a shortwhile ago inserted a sim from another country as am travelling.

I have now lost all EE coverage. Took the international sim out of my phone and still am not connecting onto the EE network.

Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved?

@HitenGanatra   Have you tried just restarting the device?   Does the EE eSim still show on the device?

I have but no luck

 

esim doesnt seem to now be showing on the device
