tentei fazer uma compra de um aparelho iphone 15 e dei 100 libras de entrada, debitaram o valor. porem não foi aprovada a compra e não me reembolsaram o valor ainda. o que eu faço?

Was it in a shop or online or via phone?

I believe it can take up to 14 days.
