cant track my order

My tracking number from my contract confirmation email is not working it’s saying when i try to track that something is not right and i cant track my phone order, however i’ve been charged Upfront Fee

Welcome to the community.

If the tracking is not working, please give our customer service guides a call and they can check the order for you.

They'll make sure you have the correct order number, as if is the order number starting xko, it will not show the order details.
