Resolved! Upgrade without my old phone

I'm currently trying to checkout and upgrade early, however I am unable to do this as my old phone is broken and I need to enter a PIN that has been sent to my mobile

“Call ended” error

Dear All, i have iphone 13, and i just came back from overseas holiday but my phone does not work. As soon as i call somewhere it shows ‘call ended’ immediately. Please help me. Thanks
