Also getting this and heard from support that it’s a widespread issue across everyone since 6th Jan. Anyone heard more or know eta to resolve?

@mhgp123 It’s not a wide spread issue at all or there would be more people on here reporting it. Call customer services and request to speak with the Apple Watch team

Same issue. I was told by customer support it is a credit class issue and it is an onoing problem, and couldn’t give me a time frame of when this will be resolved. I am very disappointed.

Recently got an Apple Watch with cellular and keep getting the same issue when I try and set it up. Called 150 but was on hold for a while and had to drop off.
