hi there, ive gotton home from work tonight to descover my screen on my phone has gone, its just black. im still getting notfications through as i can hear them and i can hear it when i lock it etc... i pay for full covarage with apple care every month and have not long had a brand new phone due to mine being stolen. what would the best thing to do now?

I am really sorry to hear you are having an issue with your phone screen, does doing a soft reset by quickly pressing the volume up and then volume down, then pressing and holding the power button, bring the screen back on?
With you having the AppleCare benefit for any technical faults that may develop we do recommend reaching out directly to the experts at Apple who will be able to help resolve this. Contact – Official Apple Support (UK)
Though if you preferred you are welcome to call us on 150 from an EE Mobile or 07953 966 150 from a non EE phone for further assistance with your phone as well.
