Wrong package

I have ordered the wrong package for a new upgraded phone, i would like to change the package to unlimited essentials, but i have been told to reject a delivery and wait for it to be sent back… there was no explination to rejecting this parcel, what do i do?

Hi @Skully97 

As @Chris_B  mentioned, you're unable to lower your plan during your contract term, which is why Customer service would have suggested to cancel the upgrade order and start again, as you have 14 days to change your mind.  
If you were looking to increase your plan though, you can do this any time. 

The reason for rejecting delivery is to keep the process simpler and quicker for you, rather than accepting the package and then having to send it back to up. 
Just be sure when the delivery driver arrives, do not reveal the delivery PIN code you have. This is only given if you want to accept the delivery! 

Once the item is back with us, your upgrade will be cancelled and you can place a new order with the plan you're looking for.

@Skully97  Because you’ll have to return the device if you accept it.   The contract is for the device and airtime.  You can’t swap the airtime to a different one as the contract is what was sold to you.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
