Keep getting error code 012 when trying to purchase a watch data plan

If there is no plan showing at the moment, and the software is up to date, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call.

They'll be able to access your account and help you to get the watch plan up and running.

No.. I’ve was on non contract pay monthly previously and now I’ve upgraded to a essentials plus contract which includes watch data

Could I check what phone and watch you are using please @emloch 

It’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max and an Apple Watch Series 5

Is the software up to date on both the phone and the watch?

When you go into the Watch app on your iPhone and select Mobile Data, does it show a plan there?

Yes they are both up to date.. No plan there I’m trying to set one up which is where I keep getting the error code 012
