If there is no plan showing at the moment, and the software is up to date, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call.
They'll be able to access your account and help you to get the watch plan up and running.

No.. I’ve was on non contract pay monthly previously and now I’ve upgraded to a essentials plus contract which includes watch data

Is the software up to date on both the phone and the watch?
When you go into the Watch app on your iPhone and select Mobile Data, does it show a plan there?

Yes they are both up to date.. No plan there I’m trying to set one up which is where I keep getting the error code 012
