I can’t turn my voicemail on. Is anyone else having trouble?

@AD2000  How are you trying to enable this ?    

Have you tried texting VM ON to 150 ?

have you tried text VOICEMAIL DIVERT to 150

Have you tried texting VM OFF to 150 then restart the device and then text VM ON to 150 ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’m having this problem also, tried 150 etc and switching off does not work.

also iPhone visual not working either.

using iPhone 14 pro max

If you are unable to do this by texting VM ON to 150 please give our technical care team a call on 150.

Thank you Mark. Yes, I did try all the usual things. Eventually got through to EE by phone, and they were able to switch my voicemail on. It had been a network issue that their engineers were working on, affecting many customers.

I've been trying to turn mine on since 17th MAY and all I get is a message saying they have a problem.  The help desk tell me they have a problem.  I'll say they have a problem.  My business is now losing thousands because I'm missing calls and I'm leaving EE.  So, EE, if you're reading this, get your act together or you lose a customer of 20 years, contract or not!

Your tech care team can't fix it.  I've just been on with them.  You have a massive problem and I think its time folks started asking for compensation, don't you?
