Voicemail not working (iOS 15.4.1)

Reaching out for support!

I've tried multiple times to set up a custom voicemail greeting on my iPhone, but I'm constantly getting the following error.

 

The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.mobilephone error 1035.)

 

I would be really grateful if someone from the EE community could help me with this issue!

Can you try and set it up with WiFi turned off and let me know if that helps?

@alittlebitloki   Hold down the number 1 on your dial keypad and it’ll call your voicemail then just listen to the options given and select the option for a custom greeting.
