Visual voicemail not working iPhone 12

Received text for set up and pin. Added greeting. Switched phone on / off. Anything ekes I need to do as it is not working?

What happens when someone calls and leaves you a voicemail? 

If you tap the voicemail icon do you see all your voicemails as a list on your screen?

@HilsR  Have you texted IPHONE VISUAL  to 150 ? this will turn on visual voicemail

Yes. Txt to 150. Txt back says set up with a PIN number.
I don’t know what else to do other than find the time to contact EE direct.
